Recruitment of a Dedicated Media Communications Officer
In order to focus international media attention effectively upon the Mekong cascade issues the services of a dedicated Media Communications officer will be required on a full time basis. Additional funding will be required for this to occur. A highly qualified communications officer will help to streamline the effectiveness and efficiency of the awareness building campaign.
